Flat Roof
The flat roof shown here consist of an 18mm thickness waterproof plywood deck with a 3 layer high performance felt system, we believe that the mineral finish is the most durable covering. If the flat roof is over a habitable room then we can provide a vapour barrier and polyurethane insulation to cut down on heat loss. The type of felts which we recommend are high performance or elastomeric which basically means that they cope with thermal expansion and the polyester reinforcement is rot proof, there is a choice of colours to suit most preferences.
